The Most Familiar Toxic Gases with Humans

Cars with all the benefits they produce, apparently leave serious problems for human survival. One of them is gas production.

The gas produced by burning fuel in a car is also called car gas. Apparently, this car gas is a poisonous gas that is most familiar to humans.

The process of car gas is quite complicated for people who don't really understand cars. In simple terms, the process of making car gas is the mixing of fuel, water, and air into one with an adjusted ratio.

The mixture of fuel, water, and air is then burned in the engine. This mixture is already a gas. The gas is then compressed until the temperature and pressure increase.

Then, this flammable gas is stimulated to burn. The results of the combustion spread to the inside of the car engine to create a force that can move the wheels.

Car gas produced from the rest of the combustion is in the form of carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (Nox), carbon dioxide (CO2), hydrogen carbon (HC), sulfur dioxide (SO2)

Gas Hazards

Carbon dioxide gas inhaled by humans will cause disturbances. function of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood. Thus, the circulation of oxygen in the blood will be disrupted.

The result can be fatal. The inhaler will experience dizziness, even fainting. If the inhaled levels are very high, then death is a risk that must be borne.

Another content found in car exhaust that is also dangerous is sulfur dioxide. This content will cause irritation of the mucous membranes in the human respiratory tract. If left unchecked, it can cause cancer.

Plants

The harmful gases produced by cars seem to have a bad effect not only on humans, but also on plants.

We often see the plants that live along the road have yellow leaves and their growth cannot be maximized. This is caused by the sulfur dioxide content contained in the car gas.

Sulfur dioxide contained in the air can react to form another gas in the form of H₂SO₄. The gas can cause damage to items such as plastic and iron because of its corrosive nature.

Car gases are the biggest "contributor" to the creation of unhealthy air around the world. If the level of toxic gas originating from the motor vehicle is very high, it can be ascertained that it can kill all humans who inhale it.

There seems to have been a lot of dealing with the dangers of motor vehicle gas. One of them is by replacing the fuel that has been used so far with fuel that is more environmentally friendly. Before it's too late, it would be nice if it was done sooner, start now and start with yourself.
